There is an abundance of wildlife in Mold and the local area, however these plants and animals are at risk of declining, through a lack of connectivity between habitats and of people to wildlife. Our Wild About Mold project is offering opportunities to help, and become more connected to wildlife - why not get involved!

Water-cress has become so popular as a salad addition that it is now cultivated on a wide scale. In the wild, it grows in shallow, fast-flowing streams and is an indicator of clean water.
