Over half of all Members of Parliament (MPs) who were elected in the 2024 General Election were new to the role. This means there are a lot of new decision-makers who haven't yet got much experience of the climate and nature issues that you care about. That means now is the perfect time to meet your representatives in person to start that relationship.

Ash dieback has spread rapidly through the Welsh countryside and has now affected all of North Wales Wildlife Trust's nature reserves with ash trees present.

We need to restore nature at a global scale, on land and at sea. And it needs to happen now. Our Strategy 2030 'Bringing Nature Back' provides the high-level framework of how we intend to go about it.

North Wales Wildlife Trust's 35 nature reserves are all unique in their own right. They support both common and rare plants and animals that may not exist anywhere else in North Wales. Irresponsible uses of our nature reserves include dog walking off-lead, cyclists, joggers and walkers deviating from footpaths lead to huge negative impacts on these sensitive sites.
