Prosiect Gofod Glas
Mae prosiect Gofod Glas yn archwilio’n greadigol berthynas pobl â dŵr croyw yn nalgylch afon Conwy. Drwy bartneriaeth gydweithredol rhwng Ymddiriedolaeth Natur Gogledd Cymru, CIC Dyffryn Dyfodol a Chyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, bydd tîm o ymarferyddion creadigol yn cydweithio â chymunedau mewn ffyrdd gwahanol a diddorol - gan fod yn agored i drafodaethau, yn ymatebol i geisiadau ac â diddordeb mewn syniadau.
