Yn 2019, ffurfiodd Prifysgol Abertawe, yr elusen Project Seagrass a WWF-UK gydweithrediad i ddechrau adfer rhywfaint o'r hyn yr ydym wedi'i golli. Ar yr un pryd, dros y chwe blynedd diwethaf mae Prifysgol Abertawe wedi bod yn arwain treialon ledled Cymru i ddatblygu dulliau priodol ar gyfer adfer morwellt. Yma yn Ngogledd Cymru, rydym wedi ymuno gyda’r partneriaid i gychwyn archwilio sut allwn ddod a’r prosiect cyffrous yma i Ogledd Cymru. Rydym wedi sicrhau cyllid gan Gronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol i gyflawni rhaglen waith adfer arfaethedig sy’n dderbyniol yn gymdeithasol ac yn ecolegol gadarn ac rydym ni eisiau i chi gymryd rhan. Wrth gymryd rhan fyddwch chi yn helpu ni i adfer morwellt yng Ngogledd Cymru.

The UK has lost up to 90% of its seagrass meadows in the past century, which has had negative consequences for the health and resilience of our coastal systems. In 2019, Swansea University, the charity Project Seagrass and WWF-UK formed a collaboration to begin to restore some of what we have lost. Concurrently, over the last six years Swansea University has been leading trials across Wales to develop appropriate methods for seagrass restoration. Here in North Wales, we've now teamed up with the partnership to start exploring how we can bring this exciting project to North Wales. Funding secured from the National Lottery Heritage Fund allows us to deliver a socially agreeable and ecologically sound programme of restoration and we want you to get involved.

Peatlands are not only habitats with a highly specialised flora and fauna, they also play an important role in global climate regulation. At Cors y Sarnau Nature Reserve new project officer Richard Cutts is working with international partners to improve our understanding of the processes involved, restore peatland and how our work can contribute to the Widlife Trusts' 30 by 30 campaign.

The Gofod Glas project creatively explores people’s relationship with freshwater in the Conwy river catchment area. Through a collaborative partnership between North Wales Wildlife Trust, Dyffryn Dyfodol CIC and Natural Resources Wales, a team of creative practitioners will collaborate with communities in different and engaging ways; being open to discussions, responsive to requests and interested in ideas.

North Wales Wildlife Trust needs your help to stop the Red Route and help save Leadbrook Woods and Meadows. The proposed 13km highway project (A494/A55/Flintshire Corridor) in Flintshire would destroy ancient woodlands, wildflower meadows, and centuries-old hedgerows as well as threaten species such as otters, bats, barn owls and badgers.
