Peatlands are not only habitats with a highly specialised flora and fauna, they also play an important role in global climate regulation. At Cors y Sarnau Nature Reserve new project officer Richard Cutts is working with international partners to improve our understanding of the processes involved, restore peatland and how our work can contribute to the Widlife Trusts' 30 by 30 campaign.

The Gofod Glas project creatively explores people’s relationship with freshwater in the Conwy river catchment area. The proposed 13km highway project (A494/A55/Flintshire Corridor) in Flintshire would destroy ancient woodlands, wildflower meadows, and centuries-old hedgerows as well as threaten species such as otters, bats, barn owls and badgers.
