A scarce tree of England and Wales, the Large-leaved lime is the rarest of our native limes. It is tall and broad, and can be found in forests and parks, where it is frequently planted.

North Wales Wildlife Trust's 35 nature reserves are all unique in their own right. They support both common and rare plants and animals that may not exist anywhere else in North Wales.
