Join our friendly Reserves Officer for an evening bat walk around this woodland reserve

A Compass Jellyfish, a white/ cream domed body, with dark brown radial stripes branching out from it's centre. It has dark brown spots along the bottom of the dome, and two tentacles just sticking out below. It is floating in a deep aqua blue sea, with rocky and sandy areas just emerging from the water behind it.

We've partnered up with the Anglesey Sea Zoo to run a series of beach cleans and shore safaris along the beautiful Menai Strait.

Saving nature IS climate action. Discover what connects us to the landscape in this hot spot for nature and wildlife.

A large lake surrounded by moorland, mainly brown with dried up heather, but some green grasses in the foreground and fields to the left. A small track and fence line separates the fields from the reserve. On the far side of the lake hills rise to enclose the area, with a shadow cast over them by immense fluffy clouds. Above them the sky is a deep blue, and the sun is illuminating the cloud edge so it glows bright white.
