About the event

Come along for a woodland walk and experience the amazing fungi that autumn has to offer! We'll look out for the clusters of sulphur tuft the patterned fan-like brackets of turkey tail, the distinct purple of amethyst deceiver and more.

Please bring suitable footwear for hiking, a packed lunch, and dress for the weather.

DIRECTIONS: Taking the A541 heading through Hendre, take a left turn on the road signed for Cilcain. Follow the road around until you see a signpost for quarries and take the left turn here, continue up the road and take the left turn signed quarries.
