Beached! What's washing up on your strandline?

About the event

Beached! is a project which encourages people to learn more about what's washing up on their beaches. In this workshop you'll learn how to identify your beach finds, learn where to record them and will have the chance to become a regular recorder on your own patch of shore. 

We'll kick things off in the classroom before heading to the beach to put your new skills into action!

The event organiser speaks conversational Welsh, please feel free to use Welsh or English during this event.

Mobility

Please be aware that the beach access is over low dune and pebbles before a wet, sandy flat shore.  

There are toilets in the classroom, but not on the shore. Public transport is frequent to the top of the road to Talacre. There will be a 15 minute walk to the meeting location.

What to bring
