Winter nature walk

A large oak tree dominates the left side of the picture, it has no leaves but it's smaller branches are covered in frost or snow, with the dark thicker branches and trunk contrasting against the white canopy. The ground is an off white of snow on grass, and the sky is white with a frost fog. There are 3 much smaller trees in the background, much further away in the field, and fading slightly into the mist.

About the event

Join us for a nature walk around our Cors Goch Nature Reserve. Meeting at the small layby with the signpost to the reserve, we'll walk up the track and onto the reserve. We'll then walk along some of the paths through the reserve, where we can take in the sights and sounds of the nature around us.

This event is part of our Nature Counts project. During our events, we'll be recording the species we find as part of a citizen science project to help us manage our nature reserves and local habitats.

The Nature Counts project is funded by the Heritage Fund and the Welsh Government.
