He brings significant commercial experience and a strong track record of leading growth in consultancy businesses, alongside a real passion for nature recovery. Jonathan began his career in land management, developing a foundation in the stewardship of land and the natural environment. He has since led consultancy and service-based businesses across diverse sectors and geographies, bringing extensive strategic, commercial, and organisational leadership experience.
