Discover Llanddona's spectacular saltmarsh and salt-tolerant plant life.

A Compass Jellyfish, a white/ cream domed body, with dark brown radial stripes branching out from it's centre. It has dark brown spots along the bottom of the dome, and two tentacles just sticking out below. It is floating in a deep aqua blue sea, with rocky and sandy areas just emerging from the water behind it.

Beach clean and shore safari with Anglesey Sea Zoo

We've partnered up with the Anglesey Sea Zoo to run a series of beach cleans and shore safaris along the beautiful Menai Strait.

A group of 4 volunteers on a beach of large rocks covered in different seaweeds. 2 are bent down looking closely at the ground, the other 2 are using digital recording equipment, and water proof casing for writing down survey results on paper.
