About the event

This is a chance to join our Shoresearch volunteers and learn about our intertidal surveys to see if it's right for you. We're out every month in three hub areas documenting what we see on shore to build a vital baseline and help to record changes.

Open to people of all levels (16+ only) - we'll provide all the training you need!

Mobility

The shore is pebbly/cobbly with algae-covered rocks and rockpools in the survey area. Access to the shore is down steps and across pebbles to a slippery rocky shore area.

There are no toilets near the survey area.

What to bring

Please wear clothes appropriate for the weather and kneeling on a wet shore area, boots or wellies are the most suitable footwear.
