About the event

A chance to celebrate the swift stronghold of Bala, and learn more about swifts' unique globe-spanning life stories, and the challenges they face. 

Then, come along as we head outside and hopefully watch swifts gather at some known nesting sites in the town. These include Tryweryn Terrace where a nest-box colony has been successfully established, and Neuadd Buddug where several pairs have been recorded in previous seasons.
