About the event

During this online talk, project officer Ellen Williams will discuss the history of some plants, how they came to be in the UK, and their connection with gardening. She will then discuss how some of these plants became invasive and the impact they are having today.

Ellen will also discuss the Garden Escapers project's travelling exhibition which took place between April and December. This exhibition was displayed across three locations in North West Wales and sought to raise awareness about the impact of certain plants escaping beyond the boundaries of our gardens into the wild.

This talk will take place through the medium of English.
