FIRST GLIMPSE OF BLUE24 AND HR7’S CHICK

The strong winds last weekend were a cause for concern so you can imagine our relief and delight when we caught a glimpse of a chick whilst being fed by BLUE24. After much patience with the scope and phone we did manage to catch it on video and are now able this share this joyous moment with you all. Look closely and you will just see the top of the head.

You are all probably wondering about siblings, up to now we only have evidence of one chick in the nest. From our observations BLUE24 does seem to be feeding just one chick and if you look closely at the video footage we think you will agree.
