Prynhawn Da! BRENIG OSPREY UPDATE 25/8/21

The night of the 23rd LM6 didn’t arrive at the nest perch until 23.18hrs and was still there the next morning (24th) when LJ2 flew in and perched on top of the camera.

LM6 left at 6am and, so far this is the last sighting we have had of her, she was not on the perch that night nor the next morning (25th) when LJ2 landed on the perch with a fish.

For the past month LM6 has been spending the night at the perch so it is possible that she has started her migration back to her wintering grounds. We will keep you updated but don’t be surprised if she turns up on the perch again.
