Can you inspire people to invest in a wilder future? North Wales Wildlife Trust is looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Philanthropy Manager to lead our individual giving programme and help raise vital funds for nature's recovery across North Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our philanthropy programme, developing lasting relationships with supporters whose generosity makes our work possible. From inspiring fundraising appeals and supporter journeys to legacy giving and in memory donations, you'll play a key role in securing sustainable income that protects wildlife and wild places for future generations. Whether you're cultivating donors, crafting compelling appeals, stewarding legacy pledgers or analysing supporter data, you'll be helping people connect with a cause they care deeply about.

If you're an experienced fundraiser who understands the power of great relationships and outstanding supporter care, we'd love to hear from you.

We value passion, respect, trust, integrity, pragmatic activism and strength in diversity. Whilst we are passionate in promoting our aims, we are not judgemental and are inclusive. We particularly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented within our sector, including people from minority backgrounds and people with disabilities. We are committed to creating a movement that recognises and truly values individual differences and identities.
