Melanie, volunteer for the Brenig Osprey Project and wellbeing coach, will guide you through this gentle walk. Experience the wellbeing benefits of being out in nature, awakening our senses and taking time to slow down, relax and simply be. You will have the opportunity to experience some sensory invitations as we make our way along the trail at Llyn Brenig.
