About the event

We'll explore different habitats including grassland, trees and a pond to find and collect bugs including spiders, dragonflies, beetles and grasshoppers.

Then we'll transfer our finds to the laboratory. Here, we'll examine them under microscopes and search through our books to identify and compare the different bugs we find. We'll then release them back into the wild.

Tea, coffee, water and gluten-free cake provided.
