We can create a special, personalised fundraising page on our website for your supporters to use - simply fill in the form below and we'll be in touch as soon as possible with a page for your approval.  It can take us a day or two to get this set up, but we'll make sure it's ready just as soon as we possibly can.

Please note: we will create the fundraising page using whichever language you use to complete the form below.  If you would like us to include both Welsh and English, please supply text in both languages.

Use this section to write anything you like about yourself and the fundraising you're doing - and which you'd like to be displayed on your page.  Perhaps you'd like to tell us a little about your background?  Or give details of the time and date of any event?  Or tell your supporters why you've chosen North Wales Wildlife Trust to benefit from your amazing hard work?  It's entirely up to you.

Please note that this is entirely optional - there is no need to set a 'target' if you don't want to.  The fundraising page will still show a running total.
