CCC - community clean

Nextdoor Nature

What is Nextdoor Nature?

Nextdoor Nature is bringing communities together to help nature flourish where they live and work. Thanks to £5 million funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Nextdoor Nature will provide people with the advice and support they need to help nature on their doorstep, and leave a lasting natural legacy in honour of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Communities working together for people and for nature

Nextdoor Nature is a UK-wide partnership between The National Lottery Heritage Fund and The Wildlife Trusts, which will see communities across the UK coming together to protect and promote nature and wildlife where they live. From creating wildlife friendly spaces and growing food to composting and campaigning, the possibilities are many.

North Wales Wildlife Trust will initially be supporting people who live and work in Corwen (Denbighshire) and Gronant (Flintshire), helping them to connect with others and transform their ideas into positive action.

How can I get involved?

If you live in either Corwen or Gronant and would like to know more about how you can get involved, please contact our Nextdoor Nature team.
