Create an 'in memory' page

We are privileged to receive donations in memory of loved ones.

We can create a special 'in memory' page on our website for a friend or loved one - simply fill in the form below and we'll be in touch as soon as possible with a page for your approval.  It can take us a day or two to get this set up, but we'll make sure it's ready just as soon as we possibly can.

Please note: we will create the 'in memory' page using whichever language you use to complete the form below.  If you would like us to include both Welsh and English, please supply text in both languages.

If the person who passed away was particularly fond of a North Wales Wildlife Trust nature reserve, you can tell us - and we'll choose an image we already have for the main 'header' on their 'in memory' page.
 
Use this section to write anything you like about the person in whose memory you're fundraising and which you'd like to be displayed on their 'in memory' page.  Perhaps you'd like to tell us a little about their life story?  Or why you think they'd have chosen North Wales Wildlife Trust to benefit after their death?  It's entirely up to you.
 
Here, you can also upload up to 5 pictures - of the person who has passed away?  Or a place that's important to them?  It's entirely up to you.

Please note that this is entirely optional - there is no need to set a 'target' if you don't want to.  The 'in memory' page will still show a running total.
