Join our Local Action Forums
Are you aged 11 – 24?
Do you live in North Wales?
Do you care about wildlife and the environment?
Do you want to take positive action to look after our planet?
If the answer is YES to all of these questions, you are invited to join one of our regional Local Action Forums.
We have three youth-led forums across North Wales run by North Wales Wildlife Trust’s 'Our Wild Coast' project officers and we are looking for young people to join us to:
Learn about environmental issues and discuss how they can be solved
Meet like-minded people
Help run campaigns online and in your local area (schools/youth groups/communities) to take positive action for wildlife and the environment.
How do we run the Forums?
Regular meetings and workshops online via Zoom.
Occasional face-to-face meet ups and events will be organised in line with up-to-date covid-19 restrictions and guidance.
Forum participants can use moderated social media platforms to keep in touch, discuss tasks and share content.
The Three Forums
We support three youth-led environmental forums, covering all of the coastal counties in North Wales. The forums exist to inspire and empower young people to step-up and help protect and promote wildlife and the environment.
North Coast Environmental Action Forum
